Description
Sweet, creamy, refreshing, frozen alternative to traditional cranberry sauce with pineapple.
Ingredients
- 3 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 -3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 8 oz. drained crushed pineapple
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Make The Recipe
- Drain pineapple.
- If using muffin liners to serve, place them in the muffin tin.
- Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream, and sugar together until completely blended.
- Add pineapple, cranberry sauce, and pecans and pulse until desired texture is achieved - longer for a complete blend, shorter for discernable cranberry, pecan, and pineapple textures.
- Pour into muffin liners, regular or mini-sized.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight and enjoy!
