Welcome to The Storied Recipe Podcast, a podcast about food, culture, and love.
Each week, a global guest comes on the podcast to share a recipe they cherish. We use that recipe to dive deep into my guest's heritage, culture, life experiences, and family.
Together as listeners, we become better cooks, more grateful for the gift of food, and we honor those who loved us through their cooking.
My guests include cookbook authors (and fiction authors!), professionals in the food industry (like this chef of two Michelin-starred restaurants), competitors on cooking competitions (who didn't love Hermine?!), leaders of food charities (this one exploded during Covid), and experts in nutrition.
However, the heartbeat of the podcast is regular, everyday people like you and me who experience and share food as a love language. Even when I do interview celebrity guests, I make sure to focus my questions on the culture, people, and experiences who shaped them and their work.
Read these reviews from listeners who believe The Storied Recipe is one of the best food and cooking podcasts around!
