Welcome to The Storied Recipe Podcast, a podcast about food, culture, and love.

This recipe for 20 Summer No Bake Desserts from Around the World came from my podcast guest, came from my podcast guest, Selina Goeldi. Make sure you listen to her episode  From France, Where the Air is Full of Lilac Scent while you make tasty international no bake treats!

The last thing you want to do in the summer is turn on the oven, and ice cream is wonderful, but sometimes you want something more. Here is where no bake desserts shine. Below is a list of 20 desserts from around the world that are perfect for hot days and typically only require assembling and chilling.

How To Use This List

  • Each recipe is formatted as the title of the recipe, followed by the "|" symbol and then the blog or person who it is from.
  • I've split this list into the following categories: Chocolate No Bake Biscuit Cakes, Soft-Set No Bake Desserts, Icebox Cakes and Layered Desserts, Fruit Forward Tropical Desserts, Traditional Sweets, Retro Sliceable Bars and Sweets, and Frozen Treats.
