Welcome to The Storied Recipe Podcast, a podcast about food, culture, and love.
I've curated this list of 17 Hot Chocolate Recipes from Aroundthe World, the first in a series of Winter Drinks Around the World Series. Make sure you listen to Christmas in Norway and try these Chocolate and Mint Christmas Truffles from my podcast guest, Alexandra Taylor while you find the perfect cup of hot coco for this holiday season.

Since I created a Summer Drinks Around the World round-up series, I thought it was appropriate to make a Winter Drinks series as well. Plus, there's really nothing better than setting down during these colder months with a warm cup of hot chocolate, a fuzzy blanket, and a nice book.
How To Use This List
- Some of the following recipes may not be entirely traditional, and if you spot one from your home country that’s unfamiliar, I completely understand! I aimed to find authentic hot chocolate recipes from each country, but I also came across creative variations that were too fun not to include.
- Each recipe is formatted as the title of the recipe, followed by a "|" symbol and then the blog or person who it is from.
- I've split this list into the following categories: North and South America, Western and Central Europe, Africa, and Asia & the Pacific.
